"Ascott BGC is a true gem when it comes to serving its guests. Each team member greets you with a warm welcome. The location is ideal when for local restaurants and High Street is just up the street. Our servers, hostess, cooks, chefs, and baristas for the breakfast buffet were all amazing. JM and Kim remembered my love for mango - that personal touch is heartwarming. The buffet menu was tasty. The champarado and taho was reminiscent of past childhood visits. The sansrival pistachio cake is a must-try from the Ascott’s lobby bakery!! Our housekeeper, Winard, was great, and he said goodbye to us the night before we left. To the hotel nurse who took care of my husband’s toe - we won’t forget you!
