"The hotel was awesome and super close to theaters and Time Square. Our mini fridge and water temp was having issue. I called the front desk and it was taking care of asap. Also, Francisco was awesome and helped us get a taxi as well as had a vehicle ready and waiting when we requested to get us to the airport. Overall I loved it and would go back!!!"

"This property is a little out of the way but in a quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient to Lincoln Center, to and from which were easy walks. Check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms are typical for an NYC hotel room, with just a small locker for clothes and no drawer space. The bathroom also was small but the shower was very comfortable.
