"I liked the room size. Perfect for one individual. I was unaware that there was no elevator and I was on the 5th floor. Stairs are hard to climb and descend with luggage. Would recommend assistance or a note to allow people to know about the lack of elevators. There were ample food options in the neighborhood. "

"Property was fine— we were on the 21st floor. It was quiet and we didn’t hear other guests, however you could still hear street noise, not terrible though. The only oddity was a noise that occurred regularly in our room (every couple minutes). It reminded me of a cell phone notification on vibrate. My best guess was some kind of internal pump in the plumbing, but once you notice it, you cannot unnoticed the sound. Otherwise the stay was fine; parking was conveniently located next door and...
