"We’ve stayed here many times before, but this time the room was smaller, toilet was extremely tight and our internet was connected but wouldn’t work. It kept saying check your modem and router and try again! The prices have gone up on this property so next time we will check around at other options as well."

"I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again. Rooms were good and a decent size. Beds a little hard but that is an Asian hotel thing more than specific to the hotel. Staff were great. Really nothing negative to say. A few other things: Right across the road from the train station with only 3 stops to Tokyo Central. Very handy. If the hotel sends you the 3 options for getting to the hotel by Train, take the go through Tokyo station option as it is a lot less stressful for first timers. There are a few dining options near by. They are hit and miss but unrelated to the hotel. The hotels restaurant is more expensive than the other options but you cannot compare the service and quality. Convenience store in the lobby was handy. Very practical location. "
