"Really convenient as the hotel is across the street from Nishi Shinjuku Chome on the Toei line - a lot of other hotels are a bit of a hike from subway stops. Small rooms which are expected in Tokyo - pretty decent public bath - the coin operated laundry needs a bit of an upgrade - the dryers take multiple hours to dry clothes."

"Beautiful hotel with many amenities in the room. We booked an East wing family room for my family of three. It was very large with three twin size beds, a couch, a table with two chairs and two stools. Very clean and quiet. We stayed for seven nights so we felt very comfortable there. Staff was kind and attentive. Helped us send our bags to a different city. Two convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby. "
