"This property is in a good location near shopping and restaurants close to all the action . If you just looking for a place to sleep it’s good . Nice lounge offers beverages and snacks for free it’s comfy . Staff was ok . Showers are not convenient that’s what bothered me most about this property I was staying on the 3rd floor and travelled all the way to 7 th floor to shower . Showers were also not that clean . "

"It was hard to find but once we were there it was smooth sailing. Very quiet and peaceful. Great if you’re flying and get there late. We only stayed 1 night and had no problems. They provided a locker, shower towel, toothpaste, tooth brush, restrooms, and a peaceful environment. We went downstairs at terminal 2 and then asked where it was and it was very easy to find. Everyone was nice. "

"Everything was great. From check in, to having my own locker, new towels and Pjs every day and just necessary essentials. I was not comfortable with the bed. I stayed multiple nights with just a thin pad you’re lying on. Not comfortable at all. Besides that, I don’t have any other complaints. I enjoyed being walking distance to the metro. That’s imperative to have. "

"Wanted to try out Japan Capsule hotel. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Shinjuku station. The place is clean and has an onsen bath. Breakfast is provided and there is a big lounge area to relax have coffee and chill. Only bad thing is the lift. only one lift to serve 7 floors and it takes so long for the lift to arrive in order to go up to your room. Otherwise, its a great experience and nice stay"

"Great place to stay, staff friendly and helpful. Locker with key provided, bed is very comfortable, ear plugs provided. Great kitchen area microwave fridge etc. Free tea and coffee. Clean, showers and toilets, coin operated washer dryer. Smoking area on the roof. 5 min walk to station. Lounge area eat your own or off the menu. "

"Second time for stay and it is my go to hotel when I go visit Korakuen Hall. It is perfect distance from Korakuen Hall or Tokyo Dome, it's like 5min walk. Stores and restaurants are all around as well. There is no complaining for solo traveler like me. Just in and out, it's that simple!"
