"Our family loved it!! "

"My husband and I came back to this wonderful hotel. The staff is outstanding close to everything. We seen a bear cub from our room which was very cool. The pool is amazing refreshing always clean. Thank you John he works at front desk always welcomed us with a smile. We will definately be back!!"

"We got off to a rough start because upon check in our room had not been cleaned and had to move. Next room the TV wouldn't work so after the front desk worked on it they found there was an issue with the whole section. This resulted in move number 3. I ended back up where I was originally supposed to be. The staff was great and tried to make sure I was going to have what I needed. Despite everything this is one of our favorites and we will be staying there again soon."

"The pool open"

"A bear visited our truck two nights in a row! They are serious when they say don’t leave anything in your vehicles. We left an unopened bag of birdseed in the bed. One less softcover truck bed cover and bag of birdseed later! Totally our fault! We would go back in a heartbeat (w/o birdseed!)! Wonderful indoor pool area for kids! Great dining and bar options. Loved our 5-day stay!"

"Nice clean spacious room "

"Very clean, no smells except clean ones, great bed and comfy couch. Did not use fireplace in our room as it was June, but didn’t know how to operate it anyway. Very quiet stay even though it was very booked. "

"Right at the entrance Road to the Great Smoky Mountain national Park but you could still walk anywhere in town. Restaurants available the moment you walk off the property. "
