This hotel was absolutely amazing! If you are debatinb between a cabin inthe mountains or being in downtown Gatlinburg, then this place is the place to be if you want easy shopping, dining, and bar/whiskey access. This hotel also has great amenities for both couples and children. Great pool, both indoor and outdoor along with a hot tub. Delicious breakfast options (for a fee), clean & large rooms, amazing bathroom amenities, and wonderful staff is a great highlight! Let's not forget about Andy, the parrot who welcomes you! OMG, everything here just blew our mind for our family!

Place was great! Right in the middle of everything. The hotel was clean, and well kept. The staff were great. Some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met. Everyone was very nice and super helpful. If definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone going to Gatlinburg. I wouldn’t even look at any other hotel

The only issue I had was that I booked a king suite with a pull out bedfor my guests to sleep on. The frame was completely broken. And when I notified the front desk asking them to switch me rooms or even down grade my room. My request wasn't allowed. Reasons being I booked through expedia and the only option they gave me was a rollaway bed that a toddler could barely fit onto. If they would have accommodated my request. My rating and experience would have been excellent.
