"The hotel is very clean & the staff are extremely helpful & polite. The rooms are quite typical of Japanese hotel rooms where they are comfortable, but rather small. There is very little room to hang clothes so luggage is kept under the bed. They are also very quiet & rarely do you hear other guests in their room or hallways. The hotel spa is a great way to relax. The area is very close to many restaurants & convienience stores that open 24 hours, but it doesn't get busy with crowds. The location is close to the busy Kabuchiko area, but not close enough for it to become a nuisance."
