"I enjoyed my stay. The room was small as expected for a room in tokyo, but it was perfect for a single traveler like myself and the room was clean. The room is cleaned every 3 days, which I prefer and they give clean towels almost everyday. The free onsen was very nice. The outdoor bath was especially nice. I went in the early morning and it was always empty. The hotel is right across from kabukicho tower with easy access to the airport limousine bus. Kabukicho is known for the nightlife, clubs/bars, so there will be some noise in the area. About an 8min walk to the train station. Very satisfied with my stay"

"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku. You can walk to countless shops/restaurants, and even Shinjuku station! We didn't require our rooms to be cleaned during our trip, but it was really nice that there was always a bag of new towels and bottled water hanging on our door each day!"

"The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms. "
