"I absolutely loved my stay at the Granbell in Shinjuku. I stayed in a15th floor room with a mini kitchen and a separate tub with an amazing view. The buffet style breakfast had everything you could think to include and tasted great. It's just walking minutes from the Golden Gai and the Shinjuku Tower. Every encounter with hotel personnel was exceptional. "

"It’s perfect for what it is. A hotel joined to terminal 3 of the airport. Clean rooms and built to handle high volumes of people. Excellent choice of restaurants in the joined shopping centre. 3 min walk to the terminal to checkin. "

"This hotel was convenient as it is directly across from the Shinagawa Train Station which also has the Shinkansen (bullet train), as well as the JR Tokyo Loop Line (Yamanote Line) for easy access within Tokyo and beyond. The hotel property is huge and has a 7 Eleven right on the property. The room we booked was on the large size for a Tokyo hotel room, and we were very comfortable. They also have bowling on property as well as a food court, self-serve laundry, restaurants and other conveniences. We will definitely stay here again."
