Honolulu hotel rooms a the Outrigger

"This hotel is in the heart of Waikiki. I stayed with my two early adult children and we had a great time. Easy access to the beach, Dukes was a favorite hang out, great shopping and walking all around, and it was incredibly convenient to stay. The rooms were okay, nothing great. The staff was amazing and our cleaning crew were absolutely delightful to chat with each day. The restaurant on the first floor was great for acai bowls, coffee, sandwiches in the morning. "On our 10 day stay, we were first assigned a suite with a couple of issues (noise, inconvenient bathroom design etc -thus 4 stars instead of 5.) So we asked to change rooms. It took a couple of days but the staff was able to provide us a similar suite which suited us much better. In all, the accommodations were quite good, every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. - all excellent. "
