"Amazing service - we arrived early for check in but they treated us royally, with discounts on museums and public transit, and access to the lounge and other amenities. They were super busy but still kind and attentive. Our room was modern, large and super clean, and the location was perfect. "

When walking through the corridor one would be listening to bird sounds and that was very nice and calming. Parking was available in a Parking Garage across the hotel for a fee collected by the hotel. Overall we had a great stay. "

"Lovely Swiss hotel with atttentive staff. Room was very nice - comfy bed, lots of pillows. The AC worked wonderfully despite temps over 90°F and being on the fifth floor. Great breakfast. Proximity to public transportion was key for our busy, compressed schedule and so easy to use. The BaselPass saved us hundreds of dollars on cabs. "
