The Vienna House is an average European style of hotel, pretty small rooms, tight bathroom space, but friendly staff and clean rooms. There are opportunities to do better with keeping the restaurant and bar open on Sunday evening and providing more attention to room service/cleaning.

Staffs here were very kind. The hotel is basically connected to the station and really near by the schaffhausen city center whoch makes this hotel very convenient. The parking was plenty and connected directly by the elevator which I liked very much. It makes it easy to transport the goods from the car to the room and vice versa. The blind was automatic so I didn't have to close the curtain. The fridge was working, but not so strong that it takes a while to cool drinks which I was not fond of. Overall, my experience was very well here.

Wow, we were very impressed with the stay. It was close to town attractions, train, hotel is new, quiet and super clean. Lastly the restaurant food was excellent.

A minute from tge traun station. Very tiny room for 3 bdes, there is no space to walk anymore. The minibar is useless, hotter than temperature oitside. No aircon. The laundry facility is good but wouldnt recommend as it is use to wash rags byvthe staff.

Our room bathroom sink piping was leaking the entire time during our stay. We brought that up to the management multiple times but it was ignored. My family and i were not happy with the situation and we weren't offered a room relocation or immediate fix by the staff. Strongly recommend to avoid booking this hotel.
