"The front staff was excellent however, we stepped out for morning coffee and the room service i had spoken to twice and told them not until we check out at noon, still came into our room and threw away $150 worth brand new food we had bought. We know this because I walked in while they were cleaning and I asked why she was there after me telling her two times prior not until noon. This was 11am. "

"Be careful getting a beach view on the 5th floor. If there is an event on the 6th floor they are allowed to blast music and jump around until 10pm. This made sleep for my kids difficult while they partied right above us. They don’t enforce no smoking on the property unless you complain. Lastly, paying $30 for a resort fee is a little crazy in the winter considering the “heated”pool is too cold to swim and they even shut off the water to clean sand off yourself from the beach. "We have stayed here multiple times and love the location and rooms. There are a couple of things they need to upgrade in my opinion. 1. The bed mattresses are very firm and pillows are not comfortable at all so you might want to bring your own if possible. 2. They really need to offer a coffee station for guests. There is a breakfast spot but we don't eat breakfast and didn't want to sit at a table just for coffee. Other than that this is a great place to stay and close to anything you want...

"Booked through Expedia, room is not as pictured. Very dated, 2 mini fridges one next to the bed on the floor, one (not working) in the dresser but still plugged in. Very close to everything, easily accessible, convenient."
