The property was nicely located. However we were there three nights and never received housekeeping. I even requested extra towels and conditioner since it was empty, but no one came. Also ran out of toilet paper. Breakfast was great. The employees were very friendly. Just disappointed in the cleanliness or lack of attention.

Best place to stay at out of the “peak” traveling season. Quiet and clean even with the cold weather the hot tub was great the staff were awesome. Checking in was a breeze. Complimentary adult drinks at night were perfect and just a perfect distance from everything we wanted to do. Will be coming back again for sure!

My family and I enjoyed our stay for a few days during the Christmas week. This place is amazing in every way. Great hospitality, location, and suite was super comfortable. Not just one of my favorite hotels in Panama City, but my favorite hotel location out of all my stays at different places amongst the gulf coast beaches. This one is ranked #1
