Ginza hotel rooms a the Ishin

"Really first class hotel. Beautiful and spacious room. Very quiet. Very close to metro station. Large and clean spa. Beautiful French restaurant with good service. This would be a perfect hotel if it had a concierge. It is bewildering why such a high quality establishment does not have a dedicated guest assistant. I wanted to book a massage and the front desk gave me an ad with phone number. I could not figure out how to make the call and when I did I got a message in Japanese. I wasted an evening trying to book this service. It would have been great if the hotel could help with that. The tv has only one channel in English. The restaurant offers European menu and it would have been nice if it had a selection of traditional Japanese dishes. Otherwise, my stay was perfect. "

"We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is located right jn the middle of everything where shops, pubs and restaurants are just a walking distance. From the hotel, Tsukiji (famous seafood market) is only a 20-minute walk away. The room was clean, fresh sheets, typical Japanese size but was comfortable and has a tub. The staff spoke english very well and understood our questions. Have breakfast here as the array is diverse and carefully supervised by the chef. I highly recommend this hotel and we plan to stay here again one out next trip to Tokyo. Thank you!"
