"The staff were very helpful as our flight was delayed getting there and ended up checking in at midnight. Staff was able to recommend great ramen place which opened til 4am!! Location also very convenient for shopping and getting around using the metro. The staff were good in providing directions to places we wanted to visit (ie: restaurants, shopping....). The 3 restaurants at the hotel were very nice. We tried only 2, ramen and sushi, and both were excellent!! We didn't get to try the...

"We had a great stay at the Millennium Mitsui! It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants, as well as the metro line to travel to different areas of Tokyo. Staff were very nice and helpful. They assisted with booking massages for us, which were excellent! We will definitely be back!"
