"I like the room, microwave and refrigerator available. Affordable. It was close to the subway. It was only $2.90 for a ride to Manhattan. "Over all a good place to stay of you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. I stayed here during my trip to run the New York City Marathon. Early morning train access to the Staten Island ferry played an important roll in my decision to stay here. There's a nice park on the water a few blocks away. It's peaceful. This is my second time staying here for a running event. The whole area feels safe at night. It's a block away from the train station. "
