"We woke up the second of our 5 nights w bites all over. Both beds had bed bugs in them. 3am went down to the desk. Was treated like I was worthless. Not any sympathy or apologies at all. Moved rooms since it was 3am. Not a discount on my stay, a buffet coupon... Nothing. I tossed out a weeks worth of clothes. Well over $1000 plus my friends too. Unacceptable how we were treated. Never again. Lesson learned. "
