"For our 8th anniversary, we decided to celebrate at Bob's and stay at the OMNI.The restaurant was amazing, the stay was good, but the atmosphere was a little disappointing. While sitting at the bar enjoying our evening, a fight broke out, and whiskey was spilled all over my dress. The police did come, but it was disappointing to see that the patron was allowed to come back into the hotel and sit back at the bar! "It was Great . The ice machine on my floor needed upgrading. The container was full of water not draining properly . The ice scoop was under the water , very unsanitary. Need ice machines that dispense ice overhead. Also did not receive my free breakfast and the only shop tp purchase soft drinks was very limited. Breakfast Buffet Pricey, but the Rest including the staff was Excellent!"

"All other things good, except staff can be a little more friendly and accommodating. Should be little more flexible with check out timings. "
