"I have breast cancer and am a patient of MD Anderson. I love staying at this hotel as it is close to the hospital and we are familiar with all the restaurants close by. The elevator was broken this time and there was no shelf in shower to place shampoo, soap and washcloth. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always stay at this hotel."

"Excellent staff and very attentive to our needs. I'm now in my 70s and we asked for a walk-in shower and we were immediately accommodated, because my hip injury. Room was perfect, as well as the afternoon reception of food and drinks. Highly recommended!!"

"Great 3star place to stay out of centre but with great spa access.& nice grounds Rooms are large and have good showers/toiletries. Beds are comfortable - high off the ground but a stool is provided. Had a suite which had fridge and microwave. It has no meal facilities and place looks "tired". This is the US so Uber delivers & you can Uber/drive to places nearby"

"The room exceeded my expectations! It really felt like a one-bedroom apartment. I also liked the free fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well as the bottled waters offered on our floor. Location seems a bit hard to find if you're catching Uber, for example. So had some difficulties with that. But otherwise it was a nice stay & in walking distance of nightlife on Main St. Also a pretty cool, reasonably priced restaurant at the hotel. I definitely plan to stay here again."

"Loved that it was a unique older small hotel. The room was beautifully styled. Just a little disappointed that I couldn’t get in my room until 4pm. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. Bar closed. Restaurant limited hours. I wasn’t able to enjoy my VIP perk of a free drink. I suggest let the free drink be something from the fridge in the room if bar and restaurant are closed. Staff were friendly. I would stay again."
