"This was a repeat visit because the first time we were here the place was immaculate . This time you can see the wear and tear. Our room smelled muggy/mildewy. The bathroom looked like it probably flooded at one point. It was clean but there was some minor mold showing through . We were in 405 so it took forever to get hot water in shower. Beds were very comfy and room was clean but I think it needs a whole deep clean to get rid of mildew smell. The shower curtain was on its last thread....

"I arrived late in the evening and the staff was prompt, kind, courteous and attentive to my needs! I entered my room and it was extremely clean, spacious and the bed was comfy.
