"Staff was great, our room was right in front of the pool and hot tub which was very clean. It felt safe and they had the doors locked late at night so no randoms can enter/ also had a security guard on premises. It’s decorated so nice for the holidays. Only upsetting thing was the AC wouldn’t go below 70 degrees and the room got warm at night. "

"My family and I have been in Palm Springs several times. For this price range, this was the best hotel we have stayed at. Most buildings in Palm Springs are old (built in the 50’s/60’s), so it’s always a challenge to find something that feels “fresh”. The Dunes has been recently renovated so that was great! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Location is fantastic - walking distance to all restaurants and shops. I absolutely loved their “contactless” check in and check out...
