"Nice place but tired"

"I originally booked a standard room but wasn't too happy with it. But the front desk asked me if I was happy and I told them I wanted to upgrade. They were so wonderful that they helped me and my daughters get a premium room! It was wonder, spacious and quiet! The customer service it amazing there. "
