"Arrived at hotel found a parking garage a few blocks away. Walked in there is a restaurant on ground floor and you take elevator or stairs up one level for lobby of hotel to check in. Instead of standing counter the staff sit at low desk. After checkin we went to room. It was nice with a nice view. As others have mentioned it is a bit odd in this country to have a glass wall to bathroom with a curtain that when open gives a view of the shower and bathroom to the main room. It was just me and...

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff are so kind and accommodating. Everything is clean and there are so many options for food at all hours and a spa. Parking is very convenient and attached to the hotel. If you go during Christmas time, they have one of the elevators decorated as a gingerbread house, it even has a lovely gingerbread smell. Room service is prompt, and the generous pour on the glass of wine was definite bonus."
