"This is my 4th time at this hotel. It’s in a great location in downtown Chicago. Walking distance to lots of shops. Highly recommend."

"Superb staff who were very responsive to requests or minor issues. Location is perfect...walkable north or south to dining or attractions. Rooms are small but clean and well-maintained, showing the slightest bit of age and datedness. With that said, the value of the hotel made it worth sacrificing some luxury. Breakfast buffet was great, but other in-hotel dining options (especially with kids) are limited. Valet parking at the front of the hotel is chaotic, but welcome to the city. Pool is gorgeous, but it is for kids only (movie night, etc.). Perfect place to take in the lights in the city at Christmas. I would stay here again. "
