Outstanding visit to Chicago and believe me when i say that this is the perfect place to stay at to really enjoy the city. We walked to all the Chicago must see monuments and let’s not forget how close the Navy Pier is!! The STAFF WAS AMAZING ESPECIALLY ENRIQUE THE BARTENDER. Such friendly service and really helped that he knew the area and every spot he recommended did not disappoint!!!! We’re already planning our next stay!!!!

My group of 3 only stayed for one night. Noisy neighbors and dirty wash rags were left in my bathroom (not properly cleaned), which made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Evening front desk staff said they’d credit me back my early check in fee and morning staff of course said they knew nothing about it.

Overall experience was pretty great. beds were decently comfortable, only true complaint would be the pullout in the living space was very thin. If planning to have someone sleep on that, maybe don't... unless you bring a pillow topper. The comp breakfast was a nice touch but was not the best unless you go for the omelet, Yolk (#1 rated breakfast) is in walking distance.

The service, the facilities, everything was great. The only thing I could say is that the cost of parking is very high. I spent almost half of what I paid for the hotel per night on parking.

What i like about this location is that its close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. What i did not like is the out dated furniture in the rooms

Room was clean and exactly what we were expecting. Property is convenient and the parking lot had a good amount of parking, although at a decent cost (which is expected in Chicago) Free breakfast and "happy hour" reception were pleasant.
