"The Mill is in a good location about a ten minute walk from the centre of Chester. It is comfortable, clean, and there is a good breakfast. Nice to watch the ducks in the canal over breakfast too. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There is a good sized car park. Overall a nice place to stay if visiting Chester. "

"Staff very helpful and restaurant offered a decent range of options. Bed extremely comfortable and 1st floor corridor generally quiet. Somewhat disappointed that room was not made up until after 4pm on a couple of days, had to go down to lounge area to wait for cleaners to finish. Also noticed that glasses were left outside rooms and not collected from several hours, this presented a trip hazard and a danger for guests especially children. Overall a most enjoyable 4 day stay."

"The hotel was situated so that we only had a short stroll before reaching the beautiful town centre. So for location it was excellent, however, for myself personally, the hotel was far too noisy. We had to ask to move rooms as our first room was located on the front, which was next to an extremely busy, noisy road. We were then moved to the back, which was slightly better but still was lots of noise, trains going by, workmen making loud noise, a dull humming noise. I didn’t really get much sleep...
