The staff were very willing to please and a small issue we had with our bathroom lock was fixed within 30 minutes of check in. Nice spa facilities - although more than 5 people in the pool would be crowded! Would return. "

"Great location! Train station opposite and bus stops outside for quick trips to city or Cheshire Oaks/ Chester Zoo/ Blue Planet Aquarium. Hotel a little dated but comfortable and clean."

"Great stay. Hotel looks run down outside but the inside is great and looks to have been done up. Staff lovely and friendly, food great and everything you need in the room. "

"Staff were helpful as at first we were given a room with just a shower, we asked for a room with a bath and were given one. However the water was lukewarm and even after running it for 10 minutes it never got any warmer so there was no point having a bath. Also no heating in the room apart from a small portable heater that had been put in obviously to replace the central heating. Not ideal. Breakfast was average, sausage and bacon was overcooked and hash browns on the hotplates were nearly cold."
