"the young lady who checked us in was really good explained everything and we were in our room within minutes ,pool and gym are great hot tub not very hot and saunas not working ,breakfast was ok nothing special offered nothing other than buffet breakfast ,bed was to soft for me "

"Our room itself was very nice, it looked much nicer than we expected, however the bathroom wasn’t spotlessly clean and there was a couple of maintenance jobs that needed doing, the tap was loose and the soap holder was damaged. Nothing that significantly affected our stay but simple jobs that could have been sorted and would have been noticed by housekeeping when cleaning. the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "We loved our four night stay.We have been there before and enjoyed it then too.The breakfast was good too.The cleaners did a fantastic job and changed the towels and bedding if needed.We loved being able to make a free hot drink when we got back from our walks.The staff were all very friendly too.Theres nothing that we didn’t like."

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful during our stay right from checking in to having a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar.
