"Wow! This place is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The staff are impeccable. On so many occasions nowadays, the hospitality industry is let down by poor staff with poor customer service skills. This place sets the standards for all hotels. Food is great, rooms are great and the facilities in and around the hotel are fantastic. Will be returning again and again."

"First was the reception lady who assisted my check in, it was terrible because i feel that i am not welcome to the place. No greetings and is not approachable. but when I finished she politely greeted other guest next to me. (White guest). Same happened when i had my breakfast a different lady who's in the front desk of restaurant. It seems that they are only pleasant with white people . "Hotel is just across the road to the park and ride that's great the room was ok but could have done with a hover as had crumbs on the floor by tv and side of the bed. We had dinner at hotel curry but its was just like what you get as cheap meal from a supermarket in a microwave and at £25 each was not cheap that was a let down "

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful during our stay right from checking in to having a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar.
