"The staff was very friendly, and the room was a good size. The location was very convenient and the valet service very prompt. The room cleaning was inconsistent, and we were not told when we checked in that they only clean if you request it. The bed is on a platform one step up so you had to be careful not to trip at night. Upon check-in, I mistakenly thought I had already paid. When I realized my mistake, I apologized, but the staff’s response felt unkind and judgmental, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, and while the food was okay, it unfortunately gave me a stomachache. I’d hoped for a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, I feel that improvements in customer service and food quality could really elevate the experience for future guests.""
