The host was amazing and went above and beyond to assist with a special query we had, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. "The hotel itself was amazing. My friends and I had a great stay and the concierge was really nice and helpful. But BEWARE! The area around this hotel felt very unsafe and was unsanitary. The parking most of all was atrocious, that word doesn’t even describe how bad it was. We had to pay $15 every time we decided to leave and an extra $15 when we stayed past 6am. The parking lot was so dingy and sketchy. Definitely not for sole female travelers. My friends and I had to check every corner before...

Upon check-in, I mistakenly thought I had already paid. When I realized my mistake, I apologized, but the staff’s response felt unkind and judgmental, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, I dined at the hotel’s restaurant, and while the food was okay, it unfortunately gave me a stomachache. I’d hoped for a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, I feel that improvements in customer service and food quality could really elevate the experience for future guests.""
