The front desk guy with glasses, smelled like weed and he barely can open his eyes when he checked us in. Beautiful hotel overall with comfy bed and pillows, but too small for a corner view suite ( $255 on a Monday rate). They didnt have a small refrigerator, a safe or ice bucket . Toilet was tiny even for someone petite like me. They did not clean the toilet too well so its kinda smell.

Beds were very comfortable. Area was convenient to the event we had attended at the Crypto. The valet service was great. They held our vehicle past check out by 4 hours so we had time to walk around town before we needed to check it out. Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic when our room key access shut off 39 minutes before check out. The room was call but fit our needs for an overnight stay. Bed was super comfortable. The only thing notable was the rainfall shower head was leaking and not sealed when turned on so it sprayed outward but nothing else major. Loved being able to connect my phone to the tv to play music on the speakers while getting ready. Would recommend for convenient location near the arena.

The rooms were a bit small and my room faced the pool where there was a late night DJ. But that was only one night and it didn't stop me from sleeping. The staff were very courteous and ready to assist. I enjoyed the attached breakfast cafe, and the lobby bar. The location was great for me, right by the bus stop to get me to BMO stadium. Shops and the middle of downtown were just a 10-minute walk away. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.

It was inconvenient to have to go up and down different elevators to exit the building or to go to one of the restaurants that was located in the building. It was a cool concept but there was no bath"room". Only a shower stall and bathroom stall. So you cant really share the room with a friend or family member because you have no where to change or get ready at.

The hotel was good overall, Although the rooms are a bit small that being I had the corner room on the top floor.I think the rooms need a refrigerator and a closet space. The view from my room (corner room 33rd floor) was absolutely amazing. The staff was really nice accept for one of the women in the cafe, I was next in line ready to order and she first walked off the came back to only look past me calling the people behind (I’m a black male the others were 2 white women).Overall I enjoyed the room, It was my first time in LA but don’t think I would stay in Downtown LA when I return, not the best area.

The staff at Moxy Downtown were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient as it was less than a block away from the Crypto.com Arena and close to many delicious restaurants and fun activities. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!
