I can't speak for the entire hotel, but my room had fleas or bedbugs -- yuck! My legs and arms are covered in bite marks. This hotel stay was a disaster from the start. When I arrived the bathroom was flooded with water, because the shower has leaked from the previous guest. As a result I don't think the hotel staff cleaned the bathroom completely after the previous guest checked out, because the shower was full of water. The staff sent repair personnel to fix the issue, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. My entire stay the water from the shower and toilet overflowed, which caused a bad smell in the room. The towels had a terrible smell, like vomit. This stay was horrible and disgusting.

Easy and convenient to the airport and west L.A. Gorgeous lobby, comfortable rooms, and really great beds. The in-room coffeemaker and shower head could use an upgrade, but that wasn't a deal breaker.

Clean and good service. Very convenient location. Negatives: Charged for internet. Parking lot exit did not work with hotel card key so I had to call the desk each time to get out.

As a frequent global traveler. Only the US Marriott/Westin hotels will treat you like that: You won’t get any water in the room or help to bring your luggage Check in 4pm check out 11am 15$ extra for WiFi per day, no vanity kit or anything else in the bathroom beside the bare minimum, Anywhere else in the world that would be completely unacceptable for a 4 stars or even a 3 stars but in the US customer satisfaction seems to be the last of their concern.
