The valet parking is very convenient for guests, but a little pricey at $45 a night. Our first room had a locked conjoining door to the room next door. Unfortunately, my teenage son and I could hear a lot of things going on in that room next door and I asked for a change of rooms for the second night that we were booked there. All of the staff were professional and kind in general, and accommodated me right away when I requested this. The second night was much more quiet and pleasant, we stayed on the fourth floor in a quieter area.

As a first time traveler to the USA, this was the first stop on our holiday. This hotel is fantastic. On day one, we landed early and arrived at the hotel around 10am after 22 hours of travel from Australia. We went to the hotel to drop our bags, but they had a room available and checked us in 5 hours early! Staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean and generously sized, and the location is perfect for a LA Holiday. We are coming back with the Kids in 2025 and will stay here again!
