The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of Monterey, walking distance to everything I wanted to explore. Parking was a breeze, and I used the valet service throughout my stay. It was quick, prompt, and made things so much easier. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept so well each night. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything fresh and tidy without ever being intrusive. It was quiet and we had our privacy for sure. Definitely recommend this place. There wasn’t complementary breakfast, however, the price was low and reasonable. "

"We came with our 1 year old and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were wonderful and they made us all very comfortable and happy to stay at the Carmel Mission Inn. The food at Shearwater Tavern was excellent and I would highly recommend. My husband was so impressed with the service that he complimented me choice of hotel "
