"My husband and I love this property and have stayed here once before. It’s a beautiful Inn with the Bob Jones walking/biking path right behind the property. However, the rooms need work, the shower gives just enough water to barely get wet (you have to run around in the shower) , and it doesn’t getter hotter than look warm, one of the sink faucets in the bathroom had a cold handle that did not work, and the curtains would not move without fighting with them for 20 min. "Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. "This hotel is so beautiful and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant food was excellent! Our family really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were so nice and clean, I just wish my view was not a parking lot. Other than that, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone I know to stay here."
