"The resort was amazing I was here for 4 days, the staff was amazing they made you feel like you belong and your at home, the restaurants were amazing they go beyond what you would expect. The room I had was good only problem was the door lock to the bathroom was broken so I could not lock my bathroom door but other than that it was amazing. Next time I’m back in Cancun I will definitely book with dream again."

"Great experience from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly and accommodated every request. Plenty of dining options and food was well prepared. Access to the other RIU properties was a bonus. Only downside was excessive amounts of seaweed in the ocean. This was obviously no one's fault but made the beach at the hotel unusable if you wanted to swim in the ocean. Really only a minor inconvenience. Would highly recommend and should we have the chance to travel to Cancun again this property would be at the top of our list."

The staff went above and beyond at every turn, always greeting me with a smile and offering help before I even had to ask. Whether I was lounging by the infinity pool, dining at one of the world-class restaurants, or enjoying a massage at the spa, I felt genuinely cared for. The dining options were nothing short of exceptional. From fresh seafood to gourmet international dishes, every meal was a culinary delight. I particularly loved the beachfront dinners with live music and the creative cocktails served at the rooftop bar. Ava Resort also offers a great balance of activity and tranquility. I took part in a few excursions arranged by the concierge (highly recommend the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres!) and enjoyed daily yoga sessions overlooking the ocean.
