This hotel isn't as advertised. I got a room with a balcony which I was charged extra for, to not even have access to it. As soon as I got there I looked at the room and immediately canceled my stay.

We had a 4 night stay. Only the 1st day did they replace towels. That was it. No cleaning or any type of service. Every night when we returned we had to go to the front desk and request towels, toilet paper and anything else we needed that should have been restocked. There was no complimentary coffee or breakfast. The pay for coffee shop was not open. It was obvious they were severely under staffed. Would not recommend staying here.

Me and my family (my husband, our 3 yr old and our 8yr old) stayed at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta- Midtown for 4 days and 3 nights. This was by far the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. Our hotel room was 1410- a 1 bedroom suite: - When I first arrived, I stood in line for 15 minutes only to be told by the lady at the counter that I was in the Staybridge line, not the Crowne Plaza line! So I had to get back in line for the “correct” side. - When I got up to my room, to my horror, the room was NOT CLEAN! There were stains on the couches- obviously my children wanted to sit on the couches but I couldn’t let them sit on the bare couches because they were disgusting so I put sheets and towels on the couch and chair. - There was a HUGE WET STAIN on the carpet - There were STAINS ON THE PILLOW CASE and hair on the night stand! - There were NAILS sticking out of the carpet where it separates the bathroom from the bedroom. - We found at least 2 straight PINS (the long ones used for sowing) Stuck in the rug!! - There was still TRASH in the bedroom closet and the drawers from the PREVIOUS GUEST. - The carpet was DIRTY!! - The shower curtain had literal MOLD SPORES on it!! - I had to change the linen myself and get a rag with cleaning solution so I could clean the bathroom MYSELF!! There are a host of other things I could complain about like the breakfast buffet dishes and utensils being dirty to the hotel room windows being so dirty, you could barely see out of them. Unbelievable

The staff was welcoming and warm. The property was very nice. However the floor I was on (8th) was under construction. I paid for the breakfast buffet for each day however I would recommend skipping it and going outside the hotel. It’s cold and bland. My room had multiple roaches in it. I found them on 2 different nights. At checkout the front desk supervisor offered 1 night refund however because I booked through Expedia I had to have them connect with the hotel to get the credit. As you can imagine that didn’t work out and Expedia refused to honor the 1 night refund.

The overnight staff was very helpful due to my situation of someone breaking into my vehicle before I returned to the hotel. They made me feel as if I wasn't alone and assisted with helping wrap the broken window. They removed the valet charge as well.

The young lady that checked us in was PHENOMENAL! I am sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was a tall thin AA women! There were several issues going on at the front desk, but still she managed to be courteous, proffresional and patient with all the guest! Kudos to her! There was only one server at breakfast, she also kept her cool and was very nice to all the guest even though they weren’t always nice to her! We had a pleasant stay!
