"Really simple on line room service procedure and promptly delivered. Pizza very good. The lift is annoyingly noisy all through the night, but I think/ hope they are getting it fixed."

"It was our first stay here we usually go for AirB &Bs in Brighton town centre. We chose here because of its location for the Glorious Day Festival and it was ideal. We opted for a sea view room which did not disappoint, we stayed up late watching the sun go down and the sky changing colour, sheer bliss and very romantic. The beach is literally across the road and there are so many great places to eat out within easy walking distance. If you get there early enough there is parking onsite it can be tricky getting in and out of here but least it's an option. The staff were amazing and so helpful and we even got checked in an hour earlier which was a result. I want to say thank you to Jan (that was her name I think - the blond head receptionist/ manager maybe was brill. Also the young brunette receptionist in the evening when we returned from our meal deserves an acknowledgment too, she helped with our checking out choices. We will definitely return and it's worth paying extra for the glorious sea view- just book it! :))"
