The hotel us very grand but thats about where it ends, car park has sprinkler systems hanging from the roof, mens changing room out of action in the pool, couldn't get into the sream room or sauna as they were constantly full and no shower gel provided in the bathroom if our room. Wont be coming back

We have stayed here before and really enjoy it. Despite the size it is clean and welcoming. My main complaint is the breakfast- the number of people just outstripped the breakfast provision. There are 2 very slow coffee machines which we had to wait 15 mins to use. There was que for everything.

Staff and the area around was great but we were told the hotel does not provide drinking water in the rooms, unless you're a Hilton member, which was just ridiculous and the bathroom cabinet was in poor condition. Not fitted, unhinged and was a safety hazard. Not worth the money.

The food and drink in the restaurant was excellent. We didn’t manage to visit the spa but it seemed popular. The room seemed small and I was so disappointed with the bath. I don’t have one at home any more and I was looking forward to treating myself to one. It was small and VERY low. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

King size room very spacious/ clean Hallways clean, smells nice, quiet Overall, very quiet hotel. No disturbance whatsoever and I slept v well. Hotel bar staff also excellent/ friendly with good service, keeping an eye on customers needs. Food came within 20 mins. Only negative is the Wellness centre. One famiky changing room otherwise only X2 women's toilets. Also, you need to bring your own padlock for locker. Overall a fantastic stay
