The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Norbert the concierge was patient and excellent with this advice and assistance. Tomas the doorman always was pleasant and helpful. Our only “issue” was that there was no hotel bar in the traditional sense. You could get cocktail in the restaurant but most extraordinary hotels have memorable places/bar to sit and relax. Maybe after all the remodeling there will be a new bar?
