Says pet friendly but kicked us out for havjng a dog....the dog is quiet and house trained. Made no mess lr damage. Butbthey kept deposit and have yet to refund any money. The room condition first of all was really poor - the bedsheets and the duvet cover had hairs on them so we needed to request for new ones. This was really concerning and highlighted poor hygiene maintenance. The sofa in the room was also extremely small. The lift also broke down during our stay and there was no communication from the reception about this and no ETA as to when this would be fixed so we had to take down two suitcases via the stairs. Overall, a very negative experience.
