"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. "This was the worsr experience of our lives. This hotel was incredibly noisy, to the point that we had a terrible headache after the first night. The fridge was making horrible noises and there was some weird bubbling coming up from the toilet. The breakfast was horrible and the staff were unhelpful. Please dont stay here, it is completely overpriced and a horrible experience."

"We have just spent 6 days at the Aloft. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and always pleasant. We had a pool swim up room. I wouldn’t get this room again as the pool area is all closed in and it does feel a bit closed in. Although the hotel was lovely I did feel a bit out of the way. "

"To improve: Gym facilities not equipped. Not a major issue, but given that it is advertised as "gym", it should have minimum equipment, besides bycicle and threadmill. Beach area in proximity of the resort is a construction zone, will certainly be more attractive once works completed. Pros: Great clubs and bars walking distance. 15/20 mins drive to either Canggu and/or Seminyak centres. Hotel is great, clean, quiet. Staff are attentive. I would definitely visit again."

"The outside of the villa looks nice but the inside was terrible. The villa was spacious but the furniture and fixtures are in bad condition. The amenities were limited and service was very basic. "

Room was huge. Bathroom was massive but shower faucets were rusty so I pretty much used the pool as my bath. Wifi connectivity was very good. Quiet but short walk from everything you need. And literally 50 steps to the beach! 💜💜💜💜"

"The ground floor rooms are so dark, weak lighting and you can’t open the curtains. Shower wasn’t very hot, food was ok, limited menu and you can’t alter the menu in any way You can’t lie around the pool so would only recommend this place to sleep. It’s on a very busy part of Batu Belig so forget car transport, scooters only. Positives: Room size was large, smart tv, comfortable bed"

"The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, as there was a wide selection of options to choose from. The complimentary Balinese massage was another great addition by the hotel and I was especially impressed with the hospitaly of the ladies at the Spa. "

"This is the most beautiful setting imaginable! The view of the jungle rain Forrest from our room balcony was breathtaking with the sounds of birds, crickets and other wildlife. The art, service, room, were all of the highest quality! Be aware that the pathways between reception and restaurant and room are very steep. The hotel is very happy to take you from place to place via golf carts, though. The nature of this setting is remote, so there is not other restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a shuttle to town. It is truly a jewel for a remote but luxurious getaway. We will be back and stay longer!"
