"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained. Very comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. Ema from front desk was helpful and patient with our inquiries- shoutout to her. "

"No doubt about it, this hotel is fantastic value for money. Simple, clean, quiet location and only a short walk to Seminyak eateries and shopping - they also offer complimentary transport service to Seminyak Square with hotel cart. Such friendly staff - especially Oka at the rooftop pool!
Only thing that could be improved is the very dated gym equipment I tried using during my stay.

"There was so much to like about the Akasha. The only negative was that the doors to the bedrooms didn’t close properly (lots of space around the top, bottom and sides) resulting in mozzies in the room and my daughter was bitten a lot. However, when we raised this to the staff they sprayed our room frequently, put in extra mozzie repellant and went out of their way to check on us.
On to the positives. The breakfast was amazing, the pool was huge, the beds were comfortable and the bath was divine. Every staff member was extremely helpful and courteous. We will be back, but maybe will bring a mozzie net for my daughter to sleep under. My kids didn’t want to leave. Me either."
