The service and staff were incredibly friendly, and they had quite a spread for their breakfast. They were very nice to prepare a birthday message and cake for me in the room when I arrived, and even on my actual day, their staff sang during breakfast! The pools were cute, and the lobby/cafe area was very chic. One thing I found a bit off was that there wasn't much amenities in the room itself compared to other hotels - I'm not quite sure how to put it but the room looked a bit bare. Other than that, it is located really conveniently, with shuttle to Seminyak Village and Square. It was also a short walk away from the beach, and the entrance to Potato Head beach club was just right next to their entrance. Overall, a very good stay!

We loved Montigo we found the staff so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast choices each morning were delicious and offered so many options. Spacious room and so close to everything from the beach to dining out to wandering the shops it was amazing. In fact we booked to go back after we have a week in Gili Air.. Overall has a great stay at Montigo Resorts Seminyak. My only feedback is the lack of adult pool for those of us not travelling with children. I was sitting there in several occasions trying to read my book and enjoy the calm but had some younger children bombing/jumping in the pool and splashing all around

It took me a long time deciding where I should stay in my first trip to Bali and boy I am so glad I booked Montigo! 5 star impeccable service rendered by all the staffs! All staffs are polite, very welcoming and always smiling. Location is great with a 24 hour circle K opposite the resort, many massage and dining options, 5 mins walk to the most beautiful and clean beach. Breakfast is good with many tables available. There are 3 pools and the pool at the lobby is open 24 hours just next to their cafe. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here. Feels a bit dated but suffice. Good location to bars and restaurants and potato head next door. If you want more market style shops or the beach, maybe try another location. Plenty of nice boutiques. Staff were helpful and friendly, great communication from staff. Restaurant was open til 3am and they have a 24hr pool which is handy.
