Such a beautiful hotel. We were lucky enough to stay in an oceanview room and it was even better than expected. I would say it’s worth the money to try at least once when you visit Bali or if you have a special event to celebrate. Everything was stunning. The buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, also worth the money. Next door to some of the most popular beach clubs, although you won’t even want to leave because Alila’s pools are even better. Lots to do nearby including food and shopping.

Great and attentive staff member. Most, if not all of our room service requests were completed within five minutes or less. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The overall property is okay to good. The bar / pool area is nice with a great view of the ocean. The room seems dated and dark. The lobby area is a bit dark too, could open it up a bit so one will feel like you are in an oceanfront property. Overall, it is a great value for the price. Foods were good to great as well - a very positive experience.

Wonderful oceanfront paradise. Excellent bedding & decor - very new. Wonderful pools , bars and the best restaurant that we ate at in Bali was in this hotel ! It is right next door to potato head for variety & walkability. The staff was so sweet and gave excellent service . We highly recommend this hotel and recommend the corner beach suite - it is to die for !!!!.

Initially as the hotel were busy we were out in a room in an over capacity block, that simply wasn’t very nice. It smelled, was very noisy as near the staff entrance, and was a long way from the main part of the hotel. We asked to be moved and were offered a sea view room at a low upgrade costs. This room was really amazing! Fantastic view, beautiful facilities and quiet. The hotel itself was very nice. The most amazing breakfast offering, great selection of pools, good food, great staff and good location. Would highly recommend, just make sure you get a sea view room!

The property is stunning, the staff are so welcoming and lovely. Our flight was early so we were in the lobby at 4am and waiting for us was two coffees and pastries from breakfast. Highly recommend
