"We arrived past 1:00am due to flight delays. The check in was quick. The room was prepared with everything we needed. We were very impressed. I would certainly come back to this hotel."

"We loved our layover 1 night stay at Star gates hotel with free water for us was a super plus. The rooms are dated but they are super clean and huge for Japan room sizing. All 4 of us got a bed which was opposite of all our previous hotels. Best view of Japan and we will visit and state at star gates hotel again. Staff was amazing and we had them hold our luggage’s while we walk the local shopping mall. "
