"Best property to stay if landed in Kansai Airport late or having an early flgiht. Train station/bus station right next to it (Lawson inside station). Big shopping mall area accross the street. Rooms are spacious. Great staff as well."

"One of our favorite Western hotels in Japan! The hotel room is spacious and every room has a view. It's located away from town so very quiet! It offers a free shuttle rides to the nearest train/subway station so a plus!"

"Staff weren’t good English speakers but still kind and helpful. The fancy pool in the pictures on rooftop with lazy river was not available to us - language barrier on reason why but I think it’s because we didn’t stay in the expensive suite building that it was connected to. The pool we did get access to we had to pay for and my girls could only swim in one lane. The pool was the only disappointment. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the onsite family mart too! Rooms were larger than expected with comfy beds. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel shuttle and access to train stations were perfect. We would stay again. "
